摘要
通过对辽宁省群众体育活动实际指导者的一般情况、自身锻炼情况,以及指导者在群众体育活动内容、方式、组织、管理方面的影响作用等情况的调查分析,描述群众体育活动指导者的构成、作用及途径。调查结果揭示:目前辽宁省群众体育活动中社会体育指导员严重不足,而在实际指导者中存在年龄偏高、文化程度偏低、专业培训不足的问题;成为社会体育指导者主要是因为技术、为人、组织能力和活动表现等因素的作用;群众体育活动指导者在决定活动内容、方式和活动的组织管理过程中具有较大的影响作用。
Through investigating and analyzing the common situation of the instructors,the station of practicing themselves,and the effect on the mass sport content,methods,organization and administration,the authors illustrate the organization and the function of the instructors.The investigation shows that the instructors of mass sport in Liaoning province are insufficient.They also have many problems such as being too old,lower level of academic knowledge and short of specialty training.Their being instructors are mostly due to their technology,behavior,organizing ability and performance of activity.They play important roles in deciding the context,the pattern,the organization and management of physical activities.
