摘要
媒介素养是指人们接触和认识媒介、参与和利用媒介的动机、目的和行为的总称。提高公众的媒介素养,有利于强化新闻传播的社会功能和公众的人文精神,为媒介环境的改善和传播效果的改进以及民主社会进程的推进起到积极作用。提高全民媒介素养,需要提高传播主体(“媒介公民”)、接受主体(“社会公民”)和“政府公民”的媒介素养,加强媒介素养教育,优化媒介生态,使媒介更好地为社会公众服务,产生更好的社会效益。
The media accomplishment is people's motives,purpose and behaviour when they understand,participate in and make use of the media,Improving the media aecomplish- ment of the public is good for strengthening the social function of media and cultural ac- complishment of the public.In this way,it can give impetus to the course of democratic so- ciety as well as improving media evironment and effect.In order to improve the media ac- complishment of the public,it is necessary to improve quality of media workers,the public and government functionary,to strengthen the education correlated with it and to optimize the media so that a better social effect can be produced.
