摘要
目的 调查分析苏州地区健康人群 β 纤维蛋白原 4 5 5G/A、 14 8C/T基因位点的多态性分布情况。 方法 用clauss法测定血浆纤维蛋白原浓度 ,应用多聚酶链反应限制性酶切法 ,分析 10 2名健康人DNA样品的基因型 ,计算等位基因频率。结果 Fgβ 4 5 5G/A多态性中 ,突变位点A等位基因频率为 0 .186 ,β 14 8C/T多态性中 ,T等位基因频率为 0 .2 0 6。A或T基因携带者血浆Fg水平明显高于非携带者。结论 苏州地区人群Fg等位基因频率低于广东地区。β 4 5 5G/A、β 14 8C/T基因多态性与血浆Fg水平相关。
Objective To investigate frequencies of beta-fibrinogen (Fg ) gene -455G/A, -148C/T polymorphisms in health population in Suzhou.Methods The Fg β gene -455G/A and -148C/T polymorphisms of 102 health individuals in Suzhou were analyzed by restriction fragment length polymorphisms. Plasma fibrinogen levels were determined by clauss method.Results The frequencies of -455A allele and -148 T allele were 0.186、0.206, respectively. The plasma fibrinogen levels of these with the mutant gene were significantly higher than those without these genes. Conclusion The frequency of Fg gene -455G/A、-148C/T polymorphisms in health population in Suzhou was lower than that of in Guangdong. Fg gene -455G/A、-148C/T polymorphisms were associated with plasma fibrinogen level.
