摘要
从理论和实证角度分析人力资本水平对促进农民收入增长的影响.提出了只有增加农民的知识和技能,增加农业人力资本,才能提高农业劳动生产率,提高农民配置和利用各种资源的能力,实现农民收入的较快增长和农业的可持续发展.
The effect of human capital on farmers' income was analyzed from theory and practice. It is (proposed) that only if farmers' knowledge and skills, i.e. agricultural capital, are enhanced, agricultural (labor) productivity and farmers' ability to utilize various resources could be increased, the rapid growth of (farmers') income and the continual development of agriculture could be achieved.
