摘要
出版自由是公民的一项基本权利,它对人类的生存和发展有着极其重要的意义。然而,学术界对于出版自由的定义是众说纷纭,莫衷一是。在分析出版和自由的基础上,述评了各位专家对出版自由的定义,给出了出版自由的定义。
Publishing freedom is a basic civil right. It plays an important role in man's life and development. However, there are variable opinions of publishing freedom in academic circle. This paper analyzes publishing and freedom as well as quotes many concepts of publishing freedom. Based on those analysis, this paper puts forward the definition of publishing freedom.
