摘要
运用有关竞争优势理论和人力资源发展战略理论对广州应如何通过实施人力资源可持续发展战略提升国际竞争力进行分析,并提出相应的对策。
As an economic center in South China, the city of Guangzhou is faced with new development opportunities as well as challenges from home and abroad after China's entry into WTO. The enhancement of Guangzhou's international competitiveness for the purpose of its sustainable development has become a key issue. Based on the competitiveness advantage theory and human resource strategy theory, this paper makes an analysis on the enhancement of Guangzhou's international competitiveness by implementing the strategy of sustainable development of human resource, and puts forward concrete measures to be taken.
