摘要
介绍了高温空气发生器研制的重要性 ,为验证研制高温空气发生器过程中蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体设计的可行性和合理性 ,进行了相关实验研究。实验结果表明 :高温空气发生器运行时空气流过蜂窝蓄热体的阻力比较小 ,通过使用蜂窝蓄热体进行热交换可获得 1 0 0 0℃以上的预热空气 ,且得到蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体相关的换热性能 。
The importance of developing the high temperature air generator (HTAG) was introduced and relevant experimental research was conducted to demonstrate the feasibility and reasonability of the honeycomb ceramic regenerator design during the development of the HTAG. The experimental results show that during the operation of the HTAG, the resistance air flow passing through the regenerator is relatively small; through heat exchange of the regenerator, preheated air above 1 000 ℃ and the heat exchange performance of the honeycomb ceramic regenerator can be acquired, which provides that the design of the regenerator meets the requirements for developing the HTAG.
