摘要
针对梅山股份有限公司引进的 14 2 2mm热连轧机存在轧线长、事故频繁等诸多缺陷 ,对其分 2期进行了改造 ;改造中采用了先进的宽带热连轧技术和设备 ,如增建大型板坯步进式炉、热卷箱、飞剪及有关控制系统、检测仪器仪表等。改造后不仅产量提高至 30 0万t/a ,并可为冷轧厂提供大卷重、高质量的冷轧原板。
In view of some problems of 1422mm hot strip mill of Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the two stages reformation were carried out.The advanced continuous hot rolling technologies for wide strip were applied.After reformation,the output can be increased 300×10~4 tons per year,and high quality strip for cold rolling plant can be produced.
