摘要
国家计量技术规范《JJF10 5 9-1999测量不确定度的评定与表示》( 1999年 1月发布 ,同年 5月实施 )代替《JJF10 2 7-1991 测量误差及数据处理》中的测量误差部分 ,其中对随机误差、系统误差、真值、不确定度的定义有了本质的改变。该规范原则上等同采用了以ISO等 7个国际组织 (ISO、IEC、CIPM、OIML、IUPAC、IUPAPandIFCC)名义公布的《测量不确定度表示导则》( 1995 ) ,它提出用测量不确定度来表示测量结果的可靠程度 ,并对测量不确定度的评定与表示方法提出了原则性的规定。本文针对磨具行业检测的具体情况 ,以磨具体积密度检测中的不确定度评定为例 ,说明如何理解测量不确定度 ,以及怎样根据《JJF10 5 9》
The national technical norm of measurement 《JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》 was issued on January,1999 and put into effect on May,1999. This standard took the place of the part of error in measurement in 《JJF1027-1991 Error of Measurement and Interpretation of Data》,in which the definitions of the terms of random error,systematic error,true value of quantity and uncertainty of measurement changed essentially.The technical norm equate to the 《Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》 published by ISO,IEC,CIPM,OIML,IUPAC,IUPAP and IFCC in 1995. Uncertainty of measurement is advanced to express the reliability extent of measurement results, and the methods of evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement are stipulated in principle in the technical norm.Taking the evaluation of uncertainty of measurement in the volume density testing of bonded abrasive products for example, the paper illustrated the concept of uncertainty in measurement, and how to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement in practical work by the principle in《JJF 1059》.
