摘要
在农残检测方法国家标准(GB/T5009.135-2003)的基础上,改善净化过程,使用硅镁吸附剂填充柱净化,优化测试条件,使白菜中灭幼脲的最小检出量为0.03mg/kg,实际样品的平均加标回收率在73.0%～89.7%之间,浓度测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%.
This paper was based on GB/T5009.135-2003.The extracts were purified by a silica magnesium sorbentcolumn and the condition of test was optimized.The detected limit of Mieyouniao in cabbage was 0.01 mg/kg .The averagesample recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 73.0% to 89.7%.Relative standard deviationof concentration determination was 1.6%.
