摘要
企业诚信法律环境的建构是形成社会主义市场经济良好秩序的基础。本文针对企业诚信缺位的现状 ,提出了建构企业诚信法律环境的重要性及其路径。
The optimal legal environment for business credibility is the foundation for the building of a good order of socialist market economy. At present, business credibility is inadequate or even absent in China. Based on a discussion of the current situation in this aspect, this paper dwells on the importance of a favorable legal environment for it and proposes the pathway for its establishment.
