摘要
随着 1997年重庆直辖市的成立 ,旅游业被市政府确定为重点发展的 5大支柱产业之一。经过近 5年的发展 ,重庆市的旅游业取得了长足的进步 ,成为重庆市新的经济增长点。作为其重要组成部分的旅游饭店业也得到了迅速的发展 ,规模逐年扩大 ,但是由于内外各种因素的存在 ,全行业长期处于亏损的严峻局面 ,业内人士有句俗语形容“酒店并不多 ,都喊吃不饱”。针对此种情况 ,本文拟对重庆旅游饭店业作一个SWOT分析 ,希望能为重庆旅游饭店业走出困境提供一点帮助。
After the establishment of Chongqing Municipality in 1997, the municipal government decided that the tourism industry should develop as one of its five leading industries. The recent 5 years have seen considerable development of the tourism industry, which has become a new growth point in the economy of the city. As an important part of the tourism industry, hotel industry has been developing rapidly. However, the hotel industry, as a whole, is faced with difficult situations due to various factors. The SWOT analysis presented in this paper is intended to help the hotel industry to get rid of its dilemma.
