摘要
陆斌完成的跳马前手翻直体前空翻转体720°动作属于高难动作，通过运动学分析，找出了他完成该动作的技术特点及一般运动学规律，为我国运动员发展和改进此类动作技术提供理论和实践上的参考依据．
It is the superior movement that Lu Bin performed the handspring followed forwardstretched salto with double twist in horse vault.By analyzing the technical characteristics of his move-ment,we found its general kinematical law were found.Those theoretical and practical reference listswere provided for the Chinese gymnasts to develop and technique of this kind of movement.
