从敏捷制造企业的角度出发，介绍了动态联盟组建的意义、优点以及动态联盟的主要特征，概述了动态联盟组建过程和所包含的问题．
From Agile Manufacturing enterprise,this paper introduces the meaning of constructingdynamic alliance and the merits of dynamic alliance as well as its main characteristics.In this pa-per,the process and problems of constructing dynamic alliance are summarized.
