摘要
目前电力系统交流采样与直流采样RIU同时存在,长期以来由于一直采用的是直流采样RTU,交流采样RTU应用到现场以后一直没有合适的检定测量装置,使得交流采样RTU的检定工作无法落实。本文介绍了直流采样与交流采样的基本原理,及采用CL301V2全面解决了交流采样RTU的检定,变送器校验等一系列现场实际问题。
Analyze the accidents of false action high frequency protection in several research examples and takes apart occurring reasons, finds out the countermeasure of false action in high frequency protection and constitutes anti-accident measures.These anti-accident measures were passed through actual trials and have been operate all right, act correct.
