摘要
目的观察地塞米松对犬角膜内皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法犬4只右眼玻璃体和前房内注射生理盐水(为盐水组)，左眼玻璃体和前房内注射地塞米松(为激素组)，24h后处死，与另1只犬(对照组不作任何处理)同时电镜观察角膜内皮细胞超微结构有无改变，并进行比较。结果盐水组和激素组与对照组比较，角膜内皮细胞超微结构无改变。结论地塞米松对犬角膜内皮细胞超微结构无影响。
Objective To observe the influence of dexamethasone on ultrastructure of the corneal endothelial cells of dogs.Methods 4 dogs were divided into two groups:the normal saline group in which normal saline was injected into the vitreous body and aqueous humor of the right eye and the hormone group in which dexamethasone was injected.After 24 hours they were killed and compared with the dog without any treatment in the control group and meanwhile the change in ultrastructure of the corneal endothelial cells wa...
