摘要
现代恐怖主义是从20世纪60年代末蔓延开来的，冷战后恐怖主义活动在数量和力度上有明显的增长。根据恐怖组织形成的原因和活动特点，现代恐怖主义大致可分为民族主义型恐怖主义、宗教型恐怖主义、极右翼恐怖主义、极左派恐怖主义四种类型。90年代以来，恐怖主义出现了新的活动特点。
Modern terrorism , rising from the end of 1960s , has been increasing obviously in amount and extent of destruction since the end of the Cold War . It can be classified as nationalism terrorism , religious terrorism , ultra-right terrorism and ultra-left terrorism , according to their causes of formation and features of activity . Furthermore , there has been some new characteristics with modern terrorism since 1990s .
