摘要
新的历史条件下党风建设面临着新挑战，如何搞好党的作风建设仍然是党面临的一个严峻考验。制度创新是党风建设的关键。制度创新的实现途径有：1．建立健全党的民主集中制；2．党要管党，从严治党；3.深化干部人事制度改革；4．依法治党。
The style construction of the party confronts with the new challenge under the new historic condition. Our party face a severe test as ho how carry on well the style construction of the party. The system innovation is the pivot of the style construction of the party. The realized ways of the system innovation have four aspects :1. estabilishing and improving the democracy-center system;2. the party must manage and administer himself sternly;3. going on deeply the reform of the cadre human affairs system;4. administering the party by the law.
