城市的发展,既有赖于土木和市政等有形工程环境的修建,更离不开经济活跃、体制探新、社会和谐和人文发扬等无形文化环境的营造。哈锐,这位回族杰出人物,正是主要以对城市文化环境的全面创造,有力地促进了西北名城天水在近代的发展。他集实业开发、教育发展、文化建设、民族和睦、企业创新、城市产业布局等多方面的探索和实践于一身、于一城,其生平业绩可与同时代中国著名实业家和城市建设者、南通的张謇相媲美。在步入城市建设黄金时代的今天,先驱者哈锐留给我们的那种弘扬人文、崇尚科学的精神财富和实践成果,具有很高的研究价值和现实借鉴意义。
Urban development is not only rely on the construction of physical environment of civil and municipal engineering, but also cannot be short of the creation of invisible cultural environment such as brisk economy, innovational system, harmonious society and enhanced human spirit. HA Rui, an outstanding Moslem man in modern history of northwestern part of China, had strongly promoted development of the famous town of Tianshui right mainly by creating the urban cultural environment in an all-round way. He put many things, including industrial development, educational investment, cultural building, national concord, enterprise innovation and industrial location, all together practising on himself and on the specified town Tianshui; and his life story can compare beauty with ZHANG Jian, the Chinese brilliant industrialist and urban builder in the city of Nantong at the same times with HA Rui. We are now in a great new era of urbanization, and the spiritual wealth and practice fruits carrying forward human spirit and advocating science, which has left to us by forerunner HA Rui, has a important worth for research and immediate significance for our reference.
