摘要
针对半导体散热器防振缓冲包装的要求,介绍包装衬垫材料及其尺寸的选择方法。以促进对环境无污染的"绿色材料"包装缓冲件的发展。
Based on the requirements of cushioning packing for semiconductor radiator, a method is introduced in the selection of packing lining material and its dimensions to promote cushioning packing which is pollution free.
