摘要
提出了一种用于同轴电缆导体轧纹的整体型模片的设计方法,该设计方法考虑到轧纹时由于模片和导体铜管之间的相互作用而造成铜管轴向收缩对导体实际节距的影响,通过导体实际表面长度来设计模片的节距。给出了模片节距的计算公式,轧纹实验表明,通过该公式设计得到的模片轧出的导体节距与电缆设计要求的导体节距十分接近。
A designing method for monolithic rolling tool used for fabricating corrugated conductor of coaxial cable is presented. The method takes the fact that the axial shrinking of the Cu-tube, caused by the interaction between the rolling tool and the Cu-tube, will affect the actual pitch of the conductor into account, and designs the pitch of the rolling tool based on the actual surface length of the conductor. The formula for pitch calculation are given. The rolling experiments show that the conductor pitches rolled into by the designed rolling tool are close to those required by the cable design.
