摘要
对压力反馈控制液压夯拔装置冲击系统的夯入机理进行了探讨,建立了冲击系统非线性数学模:型,并对其性能进行了仿真和试验研究。提出了通过立柱阻力适时调节冲击系统的压力,可实现冲击能和冲击频率的自适应独立无级调节。
The hydraulic tamping system of hydraulic tamping & drawing component controlled by pressurefeedback is studied.Based on the analysis of the tamping theory,the mathematical model of the hydraulic system is proposed, and the performance factors changing with the work factors are simulated and tested. With the shock pressure of hydraulic system shifting reasonably by resistance,the shock energy and frequency can be shifted independently and steplessly.
