摘要
介绍了基于地面等待策略的航班调度系统的设计构成和主要功能的实现,给出了支持系统的离散事件随机数学模型,并重点介绍了遗传算法在该系统中的开发应用情况,最后针对实际数据进行了仿真运算,证明了系统结构合理、算法正确高效,对目前空管系统的开发设计具有一定的参考和应用价值。
This paper describes the construction and the implementation of the main function of a flight dispatching system based on ground-holding policy, and gives a discrete mathematics model. The exploitation and application of genetic algorithms are involved in this system. With brevity structure and efficacious function, the system and genetic algorithms have been certificated useful to the air traffic flow management ATFM).
