摘要
协同设计过程模型的建立需要从多个角度进行,表达设计过程中的多种要素。并且基于所建立模型,能够进行过程性能定量的以及定性的分析。基于这种思想,这里分析了协同设计过程的特点,然后在综合比较现有的设计过程建模方法基础上,提出用分层有色Petri网,即CPN建立产品协同设计过程模型的思路和方法。定义了建立过程模型需要的元素,以及分层思想的如何体现等。文章最后通过一个实例说明过程模型的建立,并通过CPN软件CPNTools对建立的模型进行过程性能的特性分析,说明过程建模方法的有效性。
The model of collaborative design process is the basis of des igning modular and hierarchical collaboration-supported system. Current proces s models only express some aspects of design process. Moreover the models mainly analyze the qualitative features. Based on the analyses of the features of coll aborative design process, the design process modeling method based on hierarchy CPN is proposed. And the method of analyzing process features is discussed.
