摘要 针对大规模定制的研究现状,从设计过程角度提出一个三维产品簇建模图,能有效地缓解产品系列内部标准化和外部多样化间的矛盾冲突,为成功实施大规模定制生产方式奠定基础。三维产品簇建模从功能维、技术维和结构维分别探讨了产品簇的建立、个性化产品配置,以及产品簇与个性化产品间的联系,为企业指出一条以通用构件模块配置个性化产品的有效路径。 Based on the current study of mass customization (MC),this paper proposes a triple-view model of product families from the design process point of view.The model could effectively relieve the contradiction between the complexity inside products and the variety outside,which provides a foundation for enterprises to carry out MC successfully.Also the paper discusses the construction of product families,and the relationship between product families and variant products from the viewpoints such as function,structure and technology.
