摘要
目的 检测人乳腺癌细胞透明质酸酶(hyaluronidase,Hyase)基因的表达。方法 应用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT PCR)分别测定9株人乳腺癌细胞的透明质酸酶基因表型,并与透明质酸酶的表达作对比分析。结果 9 株人乳腺癌细胞均表达透明质酸酶基因的HYAL 1亚型,且存在差异性,不表达PH 20亚型。结论 HYAL 1 为人乳腺癌细胞株透明质酸酶的主要基因表型。
Objective To determine the expression and the gene phenotype of hyaluronidase on the breast cancer cell lines. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerse chain reaction and ELSA were used to detect the gene phenotype and the expression of hyaluronidase.Results The expression levels of hyaluronidase in 9 cell lines varied significantly, 9 cell lines of the human breast cancer discrepantly expressed HYAL-1, but not PH-20.Conclusion HYAL-1 was the mainly gene phenotype of the human breast cancer cell lines;the hyaluronidase may play an important role in infltration and metatasis of breast cancer.
