摘要
研究了ZrO2-CaO-Al2O3膜催化剂的制备方法、表征及其对甲烷选挥性氧化的催化活性。在T=350℃、CH4GHV=9000h-1、O2流速50ml/min的较佳条件下,甲醇和甲醛的总选择性可达96%以上。SolGel法制成的膜,微结构均称,有一定的致密性,能够控制O2的渗透并使之活化成为选择性氧化用氧种,经SEM表征结构完整。研究了制膜性能的影响因素。
The preparation and characterization of membranes ZrO_2-CaO-Al_2O_3 and their catalytic activity for selective oxidation of methane were studied. Total selectivity to methanol and formal dehyde was over 96% at 350℃,GHSV of CH_4:9000h^(-1), flow velocity of O_2:50ml/min. The synthetic membranes prepared via Sol-Gel method exhibit well distributed micro-structure,permit selective permeation of O_2 and activate it into oxygen species for selective oxidation. The structural characterization was taken by SEM (scanning electron microscopy). Some factors affecting membrane properties were also studied.
