摘要
目的:以正常人为测试对象,应用正电子发射计算机断层成像(PET)评定贴敷式局部亚低温对人脑葡萄糖代谢的影响。方法:实验于2003-12在黑龙江省农垦总院进行。2例健康志愿者应用亚低温仪治疗40min,之后静脉注射18F脱氧葡萄糖,应用PET测定低温前后的大脑各部位(包括各个脑叶、基底核、小脑和丘脑)的标准吸收(SUV)值。结果:常温时大脑两侧半球的SUV值比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。低温治疗后,2例受试者右侧半球(放置低温仪侧)SUV值降低,与左侧相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。其中颞叶SUV值下降最多,分别为17.9%和19.1%;海马降低最少,分别为7.4%和7.5%。结论:贴敷式局部亚低温治疗仪可降低人脑组织葡萄糖代谢,间接证明其可使治疗侧脑温降低。
AIM: To evaluate the effect of local mild hypothermia on glucose metabolism in human brain of health persons with positron emission tomography(PET). METHODS: The experiment was performed in General Agricultural Hospital of Heilongjiang Province in December 2003.Before the volunteers were injected with 18F fluoro deoxy glucose(18F FDG),the local mild hypothermia was performed with the medical manipulative semi conductive hypothermic apparatus for 40 minutes in the right hemisphere of the two healthy volunteers.Before and after hypothermic therapy, the standardized uptake value(SUV) of each part(lobe of brain, basis, cerebellum and thalamus) in brain was measured by PET. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in SUV of both cerebral hemispheres at normal temperature(P >0.05).As compared with the left hemisphere,SUV was significantly decreased in each part of the right side after treatment by mild hypothermia, and there was significant difference(P< 0.05). After hypothermic therapy,SUV of the cerebral surface reduced more than that in the deep cerebral tissue.In the two volunteers,the SUV of the right temporal lobe reduced the most,which was 17.9%and 19.1%reduction separately compared with the left side,and reduced the least in the right hippocampus,which was 7.4%and 7.5%reduction separately. CONCLUSION:The semi conductive hypothermic apparatus can decrease glucose metabolism in human brain.It is certain that the hypothermic apparatus is effective in decreasing inner temperature of brain.
