摘要
目的:探讨高压氧疗法对神经原性膀胱治疗的近期效果及其远期疗效。方法:3例神经原性膀胱患者来自2000-01/12赣南医学院附属医院泌尿外科。对3例典型的神经原性膀胱进行以高压氧为主的综合治疗,配合针灸、间歇导尿等治疗。结果:经过以高压氧为主的综合治疗,3例患者均恢复正常排尿,随访6个月时膀胱剩余尿为25～30mL,随访至今膀胱剩余尿为0～10mL,排尿良好。结论:以高压氧为主的综合治疗是一种安全、可行的治疗神经原性膀胱的方法。
AIM:To investigate the short term and long term effects of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on neurogenic bladder. METHODS:Three patients with neurogenic bladder were selected from the Department of Urology,Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January to December 2000.The 3 cases of typical neurogenic bladder underwent comprehensive therapy with HBO in chief,and associated with acupuncture,intermittent urethral catheterization and others. RESULTS:After the treatment of comprehensive therapy with HBO in chief,all of 3 cases recovered with normal urination,and residual urine was 25-30 mL after 6 month follow up and now 0 to 10 mL in good urination. CONCLUSION:Comprehensive therapy with HBO in chief is safe and feasible for neurogenic bladder.
