摘要
目的 探讨彩超对布 -加综合征诊断分型及应用价值。方法 回顾性分析 15例布 -加综合征患者的彩超声像图特征。结果 彩超可准确、无创获取布 -加综合征血流动力学改变信息 ,准确反映下腔静脉、肝静脉、和门静脉的血流循环状态。结论 彩超对布 -加综合征的诊断、分型及治疗方案的选择具有重要意义 ,是筛选和诊断布 -加综合征的首选方法之一。
Objective To study color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in diagnostic classification and clinical value of 15 cases with Budd-Chiari Syndrome.Methods CDFI in 15 cases with Budd-Chiari syndrome were retrospectively analysed.Results CDFI demonstrated the blood flow dynamic changes accurately without injury.The blood flow of inferior vena cava,hepatic and protal veins.were shown aocurately.Conclusions CDFI has great value in the diagnosis,classification and therapy selection of the disease and also is one of the first choice in screening of the disease.
