摘要
木文探索了毛细管法提拉有机纤维单晶的实验装置,着重探讨了影响温场和单晶质量的各种因素:冷却水的温度和流量、甘油溶液面的位置、加热电压、提拉速度等。同时提拉出倍频性能良好的长3cm 的3-甲基-4-硝基吡啶-1-氧(简称3-POM)的纤维单晶。
This paper deals with the experimental set-up for pulling or-ganic crystal cored fibers by capillary tube method.Some factors whichinfluence the temperature field and single crystal quality,e.g.the tempe-rature and flow of cooling water,the level of glycerine bath,the heatingvoltage,the pulling speed,etc.are discussed.Single crystal cored fibers of3-POM of length 3cm having good frequency doubling properties have beenprepared.
