摘要
在958例高血压病人中检出高血压性肥厚型心肌病22例(2.30%)。该病心功能改变为收缩功能亢进,舒张功能受累。E/A 下降,DCC 减慢,1/3 EF 下降,V/Vm 降低,h/r 增高,心房射血功能增强,心肌顺应性降低。h/r 与 E/A 有较密切的负相关关系(r=-0.60)。
Twenty-two cases of hypertensive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HHCM)werediagnosed in 958 cases of hypertensive patients(2.30%).The pathologic changes ofHHCM were the decrease of E/A,slowing of DCC,the decrease of EF in firstone third and V/Vm,increase of h/r,thus resulting in decrease of presystolic fillingrate,enhancement of auricular ejection,and decrease of compliance of the leftventricle,h/r and E/A was negatively correlated(r=-0.60).
