超声多普勒血流动力学测定的研究

摘要 二维彩色多普勒超声心动图为无创血流动力学评价提供了新手段。本文对24例急性心肌梗塞患者行超声多普勒血流动力学检测,并与漂浮导管温稀释法测值进行比较,证实血流动力学超声多普勒测定是简单,准确和安全的方法。 Noninvasive hemodynamic measurements by 2-D color doppler echocardiographywere completed in 24 patients with acute myocardial infarction and compared withthe results of thermodilution measurements via Swan-Ganz catheter.The results showedthat CO(5.43±1.39 L/min).CI(3.09±0.71L·min^(-1)·m^(-2)),PCWP(13.83±4.30mmHg),SVR(1324.75±389.50 dyn·s/cm^5)and other indices measured by 2-D color dopplerechocardiography had good correlation with CO(5.70±1.42L/min),CI(3.27±0.72L·min^(-1)·m^(-2)),PCWP(13.88±4.97mmHg),SVR(1237.79±371.87dyn·s/cm^5)and other indices bythermodilution via Swan-Ganz catheter.
