摘要
管理和伦理都是人类生产劳动和社会实践活动的产物,且都随着人类社会的发展而发展。随着人类社会实践活动的不断深入,无论对人性之路的认识,还是对管理理论的演进,人们已普遍注意到人文伦理对现代管理的重大价值,并开展了广泛深入的研究。本文就管理伦理研究的起源、目的和意义、国内外研究现状作了概括性的综述,并提出了要进一步深化研究的若干问题。
As the products of human labor and social practice,management and ethics develop with thedevelopment of the human society.With human's further perception of the principle in human nature andwith the development of management theory,the value of humanistic ethics on modern management has beenpaid much attention to in the extensive research.This paper investigats the origin,purpose,value and thepresent state in the research of ethics in management and presents some problems that need further research.
