摘要
目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死介入治疗的疗效。方法分析59例96只股骨头缺血性坏死应用血管扩张溶栓介入治疗的临床疗效。结果64只股骨头症状明显改善(占66．7％)，32只股骨头症状略有缓解(占33．3％)。结论使用正确的介入治疗是治疗股骨头缺血坏死的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of interventional treatment on avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods The clinical effect of interventional treatment in 96 femoral heads (59 cases) with avascular necrosis with vasodilators was analysed.Results There was great remission in 64 femoral heads(66.7 %) and a little remission in 32 femoral heads (33.3 %).Conclusion Correct interventional therapy is effective in treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head.
