摘要
伴热管伴热是石油化工中应用广泛的伴热方式,如何提高伴热管的伴热效率一直是工程界关心的课题。为此,对伴热管的伴热效率进行了有限元分析。结果证明,伴热管和工艺管道之间存在的微小间隙是造成伴热管伴热效率低下的主要因素;在伴热管和工艺管之间敷设导热胶泥后可使伴热管的伴热效率得到很大的提高。通过实际测定发现,一根带导热胶泥伴热管的伴热效率,其传热效率至少相当于3根不采用导热胶泥的伴热管。
Heat transfer by heating tracer is the heat transfer mode widely used in petrochemical industry. It has always been the concerned issue in the engineering field how to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the heating tracer. Therefore, the heat transfer efficiency of the heating tracer is analyzed with Finite Element Method (FEM). The result shows that the main reason why the heat transfer efficiency of the heating tracer is low is there is a small grip between the heating tracer and the process pipe. The heat efficiency can be improved greatly by installing heat transfer cement between the heating tracer and the process pipe. The measured result in practical use shows that the heat efficiency of heat tracer with heat transfer cement is more 3 times than that without heat transfer cement.
