摘要
文章从查新公正性、查新手段、查新制度及查新流量等方面入手 ,分析了目前查新工作中存在的问题和不足 ,并提出一些解决问题的办法。
Problems were analyzed in terms of workload,impartiality,methods,as well as rules and system of scientific novelty search with some thoughts on the way to solve these problems under the new circumstances.
