摘要
文章从建设特色数据库的意义出发 ,阐述了特色数据库的质量控制 ,并以西北师范大学图书馆专藏文库书目数据库为例 ,论述了其建设与开发的过程和应把握的几个要素。
From the meaning of the development of the database,the article illustrates the quality control of the special database.Taking the special digital collections of Northwest Normal University as an example,the author discusses several issues about the development and exploitation of it.
