摘要
针对大量读者对核心期刊及其作用不甚了解 ,在期刊选读和投稿中不能正确有效地使用核心期刊的现象 ,本文以《中文核心期刊要目总览》 2 0 0 4年版为例 ,从核心期刊的由来和作用 ,核心期刊的评选和出版 ,核心期刊表及简介、专业期刊一览表等正文和附录所列的 7个评价指标和著录项目内容等方面 ,对读者选择阅读期刊和论文投稿的功用进行了系统论述 ,这对核心期刊的宣传推广和有效利用、读者选读期刊和论文投稿将起到积极的指导作用。
Many readers do not know about core periodical and its role,and can not utilize effectively core periodicals when selected reading and contributing.The article gives an example of General Catalogue of Chinese Core Periodicals edited in 2004.We discussed seven evaluating standards and works item contents showed in text and attachment which including the origion and function of core periodicals,the evaluation and publication,the list and introduction and the list of speciality periodicals.In a word,the article will facilitate the popularity of core periodicals and effective utilization,and select and read journals and contribute.
