摘要
本文选取 1 998～ 2 0 0 2年《中文社会科学引文索引》 (CSSCI)收录的有关知识管理的论文进行统计 ,对其做定量分析 ,发现以下 4个值得注意的问题 :①对知识管理的研究已从管理学、经济学 ,扩展到图书馆、情报及文献学等领域。②知识管理研究论文在各类期刊上广泛分布 ,说明知识管理已经引起社会各界的广泛关注。③对知识管理的讨论不像对有些问题的讨论仅仅局限于学术界 ,现已经深入到企业组织的生产经营活动中。④“知识资本的开发和创新”、“知识管理在特定组织中的应用”将是近几年知识管理讨论的热点。
?The knowledge management literatures in CSSCI from 1998 to 2002 are selected and analyzed quantitatively in this paper,our investigation indicates four points:first,researches on of knowledge management has been extended into library science,informatics and philology.Second,broad distributions of'knowledge management'paper in sorts of journals demonstrate that knowledge management has been draw attentions abroad.Third,unlike the some issues only studied in acade mia,knowledge management has been penetrated into produce and management of some corporations and organizations.Finally exploitation and innovation on knowledge capital and application of knowledge management in special organizations will be the hot spots.
