摘要
以明胶和阿拉伯树胶作为制备材料,采用复合凝聚法制备了具有缓释特性的壳核型阿维菌素高分子微球。阿维菌素高分子微球平均粒径约为5.64μm,平均包封率为64.48%。紫外光谱分析表明,阿维菌素在微球化前后性质未发生变化。热稳定性实验表明,阿维菌素微球可在4-50℃范围内保存。羧甲基纤维素钠可以改善阿维菌素高分子微球在水中的悬浮性。
Long - released abermectin microcapsules were prepared firstly from biodegradable gelatin and Arabic gum by complex coacervation process. The mean diameter of the microcapsule was 5. 64 μm and the mean entrapment rate was 64.48%. The UV spectra proved the character of abermectin is not influenced before/after microencapsulated. Characteristics of hot stability and suspension were also studied:the abermectin microcapsules can be stored well between 4℃and 50℃;CMC- Na can improve the ability of better the suspension of the microcapsules in the water.
