摘要
合成了大粒径丁苯胶乳 (SBR) ,研究了乳化剂、引发剂、固含量、电解质及单体加入方式对丁苯胶乳粒径的影响。结果表明 :乳化剂用量、固含量、电解质用量及单体加入方式是控制SBR粒径大小的关键性因素 ,当乳化剂用量为 1. 6%~ 2 . 4% ,引发剂用量低于 0 .2 5 % ,电解质用量为 1 .5 %~ 2 . 0 % ,固含量为 5. 0 %~ 5 .5 %时 ,可建立稳定的乳液体系 ,合成粒经在 2 60~ 3 0 0nm的丁苯胶乳 ;采用种子半连续加料方式有利于增大SBR的粒径。
Large particle butadiene-styrene latex (SBR) was synthesized, and the effects of emulsifier, initiator, total solid content(TSC), electrolyte and the loading method of monomer on the particle diameter of butadiene-styrene latex were studied The results showed that the contents of emulsifier and electrolyte, TCS and the loading method of monomer were the key effecting factors for the particle diameter of SBR latexWhen the contents of emulsifier,electrolyte and TSC were 16%~24%,less than 025%,15%~20% and 50%~55% respectively,a stable latex system could be prepated and SBR with particle diameter of 260~320 nm was synthesized.The particle diameter of SBR latex could be increased by semi-continuous loading method.
