摘要
阐述并分析了我国现行法律对后职务义务的立法现状和国内相关法规的有关规定 ,指出对后职务义务行为进行法律规范 ,以弥补法律漏洞的必要性 ,并针对性地提出了对现行法律制度后职务义务立法的完善措施。
A review and analysis is made of China's law-making situation and relevant laws and regulations concerning post-duty obligations. The necessity for legal identification of post-duty obligatory behaviors is pointed out and the measures for perfecting the legislation in this regard are proposed.
