摘要
自改革开放以来,招商引资一直被视为我国各地区发展经济的制胜法宝。外商直接投资企业为发展当地经济确实起到了举足轻重的作用。但是,外商直接投资(FDI)如果带动了当地的投资会带来挤入效应,反之如果FDI进入了与当地企业相竞争的行业,则会代替或挤出当地的投资进而产生挤出效应[1]。这便需要政府正确认识问题,采取措施优化引资结构,使FDI发挥更大的作用。近年来天津市的经济取得了快速发展,其中FDI功不可没,文章将建立模型对FDI对天津地区固定资产投资的挤入挤出效应进行实证分析。
FDI has played an important role in the development of economies in many provinces. But if FDI promotes the local economy, then crowd-in effect will appear. Otherwise, FDI compete with the local firms, a crowd-out effect will appear. So the government must realize this problem and take action to optimize the FDI structure. In recent years, Tianjin's economy has developed a lot because of FDI. In this paper a model will be given to analysis the crowd-in-or-crowd-out effect of FDI to Tianjin's fixed assets investment.
