摘要
基于搜集和整理了十几部中国新一代多普勒天气雷达CINRAD-SA&B型台站出现过的许多故障现象及 故障排除过程,文中参考了有关技术资料分类地研究和总结了这些故障的形成原因,列举和剖析了在调试及试运行期间 由于工艺和安装水平、系统调整、软件兼容性、最小可替换单元LRU的质量及使用不当等因素造成的一些故障现象。还 发现有些故障具有雷同性并且可以避免发生,为此,针对性地提出了一些加强CINRAD可靠性的措施和改进CINRAD性 能的意见。这些措施在实际使用中取得了良好的效果,大大地减少了CINRAD的故障率。
Basing on many collected and arranged failure phenomena and repair processes over 10 China New Generation Doppler Weather Radar CINRAD-SA & B stations and after detailed study of some technical manuals, the classification of these failures and a summary of their causes were performed, some failure phenomena caused by technics and installation level, system regulation, software compatibility, quality of the Least Replaceable Unit (LRU) and so on. which were produced during debugging and running periods were listed and analyzed, The fact that some failures were similar and might be avoided was discovered, therefore some effective measures to strengthen reliability of CINRAD and reference suggestions to improve its performances were put forward. Good effect has been gotten by making use of these measures and failures in our CINRAD stations have been greatly reduced.
