摘要 目的探讨抑癌基因PTEN蛋白和Caspase-3在骨肉瘤中的表达及在其发生发展中的可能作用。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测PTEN和Caspase-3在38例骨肉瘤及20例骨软骨瘤中的表达。结果PTEN蛋白在骨肉瘤中,表达阳性率为55.3%。在对照组骨软骨瘤中为90.0%,骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。Caspase-3在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为52.6%,在对照组骨软骨瘤中为85.0%,骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论PTEN蛋白和Caspase-3与骨肉瘤的发生有关。 Objective To study the expression of a new tumor suppressor gene PTEN and Caspase-3 in osteosarcoma. Methods PTEN and Caspase-3 were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method in 38 cases of paraffin-embedded section of osteosarcoma and 20 of osteochondroma. Results The positive rate of PTEN in osteosarcoma was 55.3% and 90.0% in osteochondroma. The difference between them was prominent. (P <0.01) The positive rate of Caspase-3 in osteosarcoma was 52.6% and 85.0% in osteochondroma. The difference between them was prominent (P <0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that PTEN and Caspase-3 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma.
