摘要
从燃烧学、热传输学的角度,论述了氧燃烧嘴助熔原理。较系统地介绍了氧燃烧嘴的结构、位置、氧燃比的选择及固定式和可伸缩式炉壁烧嘴的比较。同时,列举了国内外一些典型的氧燃烧嘴的应用效果。
Based on combustion and heat transfer theory the mechanism of reduction in melt down time using oxy-fuel burners is described in this paper. The burner structure,position,oxy-fuel ratio and the classical retractable burners in comparison with fixed burners are reviewed,and the application results of typical oxy-fuel burners are enumerated.
