摘要
简要介绍了不同品种聚乙烯及乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯土工膜常用原料牌号 ,并对 16种原辅料按照试验配方用挤出吹塑法制成土工膜 ,在北京地区进行一年以上曝晒试验 ,对不同时期取样测试参试样品的力学性能及其保留率 ,将曝晒试验结果结合部分原料的理化性能指标进行了耐老化性能分析 ,根据试验结果初步筛选出较好的基础树脂牌号和防老剂 ,探索提高土工膜耐候性能的途径 ,对原辅料的使用、土工膜的应用及产品标准等方面提出建议。
Different grades of PE and EVA for geomembranes are briefly introduced. Geomembranes based on 16 formulations were prepared via extrusion and subjected to insolation testing in Beijing region for one year. Samples at different insolation time were taken to test the mechanical property and retention, which was taken as a measure of anti-aging behavior. Based on the testing results, the optimal formulation was determined and the ways of improving weatherability of geomembrane were summarized. Some suggestions were made on the application of and standardization of geomembranes.
