横向断层P23程序在颌骨前牙区埋伏牙定位中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨颌骨横向断层P2 3程序的投照技术及其在颌骨前牙区埋伏牙定位中的应用价值。方法 收集前牙区埋伏牙患者 2 0 9例 ,共 2 4 1颗牙 ,在颌骨曲面断层片或牙片等二维X线片的基础上 ,结合牙位和适当的头部体位 ,利用颌骨横向断层P2 3程序投照 ,分析判断颌骨前牙区埋伏牙位于颌骨中的局部三维位置。结果 利用P2 3程序颌骨横向断层片定位埋伏牙 2 4 1颗 ,其中偏唇侧者 86颗 ,偏腭 (舌 )侧者 12 2颗 ,居中者 33颗 ,所有X线诊断与术中所见完全一致 ,准确率 10 0 %。结论 颌骨横向断层P2 3程序在判断颌骨前牙区埋伏牙定位中具有清晰、直观、准确、快捷的优点 ,其清晰横断的关键是横断牙位最窄的颌骨断面与颌骨曲面断层X线机正中矢状面吻合。 Objective To study the radiography and the clinical value in the orientation of the unerupted premaxillary teeth by the 23rd Program of Transverse Panoramic Tomography. Methods 209 cases, total 241 unerupted premaxillary teeth were studied. Based on the 2D X-ray as orthopantomograph, dental film, a dental image will be presented by applying the 23rd Program of Transverse Panoramic Tomography. Results The representation of the 241 unerupted premaxillary teeth (among them, 86 labial, 122 palatal or lingual and 33 median) seen in surgery is the same as that in the 23rd Program of Transverse Panoramic Tomographs before surgery. Diagnostic accurate rate was 100%. Conclusion The 23rd Program of Transverse Panoramic Tomographs is one of the most accurate and effective methods to determine the location of the unerupted premaxillary teeth. The key to get a clear image is that the narrowest cross-section of jaw at the site of the target tooth should be superimposed the midsagittal plane of X-ray machine.
