摘要
在我国 ,支气管扩张是一种常见病 ,由它引起的支气管咯血常常来势凶猛 ,致死率较高 ,因而 ,对支气管扩张所致的继发血管病变及血流动力学改变的研究 ,有助于对支气管咯血的更深入认识 ,并对咯血的介入、外科和内科治疗有重要的指导作用。
Bronchiectasis is a common disease in China. Hemoptysis owing to bronchiectasis often comes at a high speed and has a high mortality, therefore, researches on the angiopathic and hemodynamic alterations led by bronchiectasis will help us gaining the deeper understanding on bronchial hemoptysis and play a more important instructive role in the treatment executed by interventional radiology or surgery or internal medicine.
